Forest Bathing, No Forest Required

Mobile Forest Bathing

Guided outdoor experiences brought to you.

No forest required.

Notice Nature Studio brings guided urban forest bathing directly to corporate campuses, workplaces, and local gathering places throughout the Conejo Valley and surrounding areas of Southern California.

Using the outdoor green spaces, gardens, and courtyards already available, I create welcoming opportunities to slow down, engage the senses, and experience familiar surroundings in a new way.

Rooted in the practice of forest therapy, these guided experiences invite participants to notice the details of the natural world, cultivate curiosity, and rediscover moments of calm, wonder, and connection - even in the middle of a busy workday.

Experiences can be arranged for corporate wellness initiatives, employee appreciation, community gatherings, private groups, and special occasions.

Get in touch to discuss your group's needs, explore the possibilities, and learn more about availability and pricing.

A Gentle Path Back to Nature

Forest Bathing Anywhere - No Forest Required is a gentle, beginner-friendly guided journal for stress relief and mindful calm. It's designed to help you slow down, quiet mental noise, and reconnect with nature - and yourself - through simple moments of noticing.

Even a few quiet minutes outside can ease a busy day, inviting calm, presence, gratitude, and wonder. No forest or special setting is required - just wherever you are

Try a Simple Invitation to Begin

Step outside for a moment and gently let your attention rest on the world around you.

Notice five different shades of green - soft, deep, bright, muted, or glowing in the light.

There is nothing to get right. Just allow yourself to see what is already there, one shade at a time.
